BRP Summer Club 2023
BRP Club 2023 was a virtual and in-person event in Salt Lake City that welcomed over 2,500 BRP dealers, fans, and staff. Before the show started, dealers were enlivened with a rockin’ band and pre-show interviews given by Sal Masekela (X-Games Host). Then, the real show kicked off.
The general session consisted of 14 vehicle reveals across five different brands. Through complex vehicular stage movements, polished audiovisuals, and seamless brand integration , we successfully placed each vehicle into its brand environment while emphasizing all the new features. We also were charged with creating an experiential expo where dealers could get up close and personal to the new vehicles, accessories, and clothing. The showroom was complete with environmental scenic elements, a rock wall, and over 300 printed graphics that set each vehicle in its native terrain. Over the course of the event, we produced 35 different dealer meetings, 30 exhibitor booths, welcome reception, an offsite demonstration of the new water-based products, and various celebratory events.

Participants were also encouraged to keep moving and gain points by using the Racery plug in which could log all outdoor fitness. Points earned them a variety of different prizes and swag depending if you won gold silver or bronze. The most popular event was a fireside chat with Olympic champion, Gabby Douglas. Here employees could interact with Gabby and ask her questions.
Google Home Mini Golf
A voice-powered miniature golf experience that shows people how to use Google's Assistant Speakers to solve life's many little tasks.
With the MAS Event + Design team and Deep Local, we worked together to build a one-of-a-kind voice-powered miniature golf course.
Together we conceptualized and brought this game together with a new twist. At each hole, players asked Google for help—to turn on the fan, show them the backyard, give them a recipe, and more. All of the queries were actual tasks that the Google Assistant can accomplish in a real home.
Mini Golf traveled to four cities, providing summer fun to families across the country.
